We’ll start with a Business Assessment & Goal Alignment, a discovery process designed to understand your business, your current challenges, and your goals. Through thoughtful questions and honest conversations, we identify the opportunities for improvement and determine the areas of focus for your project. From there, most engagements run two to eight months depending on the needs of your business.
