A “QuickBooks review” is required before onboarding any new hourly client to evaluate how your books have been managed, identify necessary corrections, and assess your monthly transaction volume. This allows me to create a clear plan for moving forward effectively. Payroll processing, quarterly reports and HR services are excluded.
Balanced Financials
This package is a great fit for your company if you need regular oversight and guidance to maintain your financial accuracy. Monthly meetings ensure you’re organized, planning ahead, and staying on top of your business goals, without having to worry about extensive corrections or reclassifications.
INCLUDES
Monthly financial report reviews, detailed analysis of the month’s transactions for accuracy, discussion of expenses, and planning for future months by reviewing upcoming income and expenses. This package also includes monthly bank and credit card statement reconciliations.

A “QuickBooks review & Goal Planning” is required before onboarding any new monthly client to evaluate how your books have been managed, identify necessary corrections, and assess your monthly transaction volume. This allows us to discuss your short and long term goals and create a clear plan for moving forward effectively.
Financial data requiring multiple corrections exceeding 1 hour will incur an additional hourly rate. This package is ideal if your books are well-maintained and do not need extensive corrections or reclassifications. Maximum 4 account reconciliations.
Balance Boost Support
INCLUDES
Three contacts (phone or email) for quick, expert guidance on your financial questions. Each contact is scheduled, limited to 20 minutes, and email responses will include one thorough resolution.
IDEAL FOR
Clients who have a solid understanding of their financial systems and just need occasional guidance.
COST
$80.00/month billed monthly, regardless of whether you utilize it or not. This ensures the service is always available when you need quick advice and financial guidance. If research is required, you’ll be offered other options or billed at $80.00/hour.
